With municipal elections taking place in November, many communities may experience changes in elected leadership on Town Councils or Boards of Selectmen. This timely panel discussion will focus on council transitions, offering best practices for preparing and onboarding new council members and effectively navigating the dynamics that come with a change in leadership.
The discussion will be moderated by Matt Hart, Executive Director of the Capitol Region Council of Governments, who will guide the conversation.
